How do I return an item?

Each large candle burns for 60-80 hours, providing a long, beautiful, and clean burn.

Under what conditions may I return my order?
If your candles are unused and in the original packaging, you must notify customer service with a reason for return to begin the return process.
What if an item is damaged in shipment?
